Therapy Delivery

Hypnotherapy can be delivered in person at my practice or treatment centre near you if you live on the Costa Blanca or online with a variety of tools such as Zoom, Skype, Facebook Messenger or Microsoft Teams. The administration of hypnotherapy through these means has been shown to be as effective as treatment in person. For some people, it is even more effective because they are in their own environment, trustworthy and comfortable. You need a good internet connection by 4G, WIFI or fibre and also a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone with a working camera. Also a pair of headphones with built-in microphone or a separate microphone and headset for computer or laptop. If you are unfamiliar with technology, you can ask a family member or friend to help you establish the connection. Payment for the online session must be made before the session begins by credit card or bank transfer. We will organize these details during the first paid session.
